WoW Filler
Auto-fill the lease agreement form on edxeix.yme.gov.gr with your WoW Services bookings.
Download extension Version 2.5.2 · ZIPWhat you need
- A computer with Google Chrome (or Edge / Brave).
- An account on
edxeix.yme.gov.gr. - The Public Key and Private Key of your WoW Services account.
You can find your API Keys in the app, under Settings → API Keys, in the "Your API credentials" card.
Installation
You only do this once. It takes 2 minutes.
Download the file
Click the "Download extension" button at the top of this page.
Unzip it
Right-click the .zip file and choose "Extract All". Keep the folder in a permanent place, e.g. Documents.
Open extensions
In the Chrome address bar type chrome://extensions and press Enter.
Turn on Developer mode
At the top right, switch on "Developer mode".
Load the extension
Click "Load unpacked". Select the folder that contains the manifest.json file.
Done!
WoW Form Filler now appears in your extensions list.
Do not delete or move the folder after installing. Chrome loads the extension from there.
Setup & Usage
You enter the API Keys only the first time.
Open the agreement form
Go to edxeix.yme.gov.gr/dashboard/lease-agreement/create.
Open the panel
The WoW Form Filler bar appears at the top. Click it to open.
Enter your API Keys
Open the API Keys page in the app. Copy the Public Key and Private Key with the copy button next to each one. Paste them into the panel and click "Save Keys".
Load bookings
Pick a date (default: today) and click "Load Bookings".
Fill the form
Click a booking. Its details go into the form automatically. Check them and submit.
Batch Vouchers
Create the vouchers for all bookings of a day with one click.
Open the vouchers page
On edxeix, in the left menu, click "Διατακτικές ταξιδιού/μεταφοράς (voucher)". The WoW Batch Voucher panel appears at the bottom right.
Load bookings
Pick a date and click "Φόρτωση Κρατήσεων" (Load bookings).
Select bookings
Tick the ones you want. Or click "Επιλογή χωρίς voucher" (Select without voucher) to select all bookings that have no voucher yet. Use search to find a booking by name, driver or plate.
Start
Click "Εκκίνηση Batch" (Start batch). The extension creates the vouchers one by one: it opens the form, fills it, submits it and moves on. A progress bar shows at the top.
Done
When it finishes, you see a green "Batch ολοκληρώθηκε" (Batch completed) message with the number of vouchers.
The extension submits the forms automatically. Check the selected bookings before you click Start. While it runs, do not close the tab. To stop, click "Ακύρωση" (Cancel) on the progress bar.
If something goes wrong with a booking, a message shows "Επανάληψη" (Retry), "Παράλειψη" (Skip, go to the next one) and "Ακύρωση" (Cancel).
Updating to a new version
- Download the file again from this page.
- Replace the files inside the same folder you used before.
- In
chrome://extensionsclick the reload button ↻ on the WoW Form Filler card.
Common problems
The bar does not show on edxeix
Check that the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions. Then refresh the edxeix page (F5).
"Manifest file is missing" error
You picked the wrong folder. Choose the folder that has manifest.json inside.
No bookings load
Check that your API Keys are correct and that you have bookings on the selected date.
Chrome asks me to disable developer extensions
This is normal for extensions outside the Chrome Web Store. Choose to keep them.
