Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remaining period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also arrange custom payment terms.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and includes up to 10 reservations per day. This allows you to test the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You can start using the platform immediately after signing up. We also provide free onboarding support to help you get started.
What happens if I exceed my daily reservation limit?
If you consistently exceed your daily limit, we'll recommend upgrading to a higher plan. We won't block your reservations - we'll simply reach out to discuss the best option for your growing business.
