Your prices, ready before anyone asks.
Draw your zones on the map or set a rate per kilometre. You enter the pricelist yourself and every customer sees the exact price straight away.
- No phone calls for a quote
- You set every price
- The same price everywhere
Fixed price between two zones you drew yourself.
Calculated from your own scale, with no work on your side.
Two ways to price. Pick one, or both.
Some routes have a fixed price everyone already knows. Others depend on the distance. WoW Services handles both at the same time.
Zones on the map
Fixed price per routeYou draw the areas you serve directly on the map and set a fixed price from one area to another. Airport to city centre, port to the hotel zone, whatever fits your work.
- Draw any shape you want on the map
- Fixed price from zone to zone
- Separate price for the outbound and the return
- Exact price for specific spots, like an airport terminal
Price per kilometre
Automatic for every destinationYou set the rate per kilometre and the system does the maths for any destination, even one you never thought of. The longer the trip, the lower the rate you can charge.
- Kilometre brackets, each with its own rate
- The distance comes from the real driving route
- Minimum charge so short trips stay profitable
- Covers destinations you have no fixed price for
Four steps, zero technical knowledge
Drawing a zone takes about a minute. You open the map, click around the area and give it a name.
Open the map
It opens on the area you already work in.
Draw the area
Click point by point around the area you serve.
Name the zone
For example City Centre, Airport, Hotel Zone.
Set the prices
One price per vehicle type and you are live.
| Distance | Sedan | Van | Minibus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 - 10 km | € 2,20 | € 2,80 | € 3,60 |
| 10 - 30 km | € 1,80 | € 2,30 | € 3,10 |
| 30 - 100 km | € 1,40 | € 1,90 | € 2,60 |
| 100+ km | € 1,10 | € 1,50 | € 2,20 |
The scale, in your own numbers
You decide the brackets and the rate for each one. The table is only an example. Your own can look completely different.
-
Your base area
You mark the area you are based in. The kilometre scale kicks in when a trip starts or ends there.
-
Brackets add up
A 42 km trip is charged at the first bracket rate for the first kilometres, the second rate for the next ones, and so on.
-
Minimum charge
You set a floor per vehicle type, so a 3 km trip never comes out cheaper than it is worth.
Which price wins, and why
You can have several rules covering the same trip. The system checks them in this order and stops at the first one that fits.
Point to point
An exact price between two specific spots, like an airport terminal and a named hotel.
Point to zone
A price from one named spot to a whole area you have drawn.
Zone to zone
The fixed tariff between two areas on your map.
Price per kilometre
If no fixed price matches, the kilometre scale takes over.
Because the most specific rule always comes first, you can price your key routes by hand and still let the scale answer for everything else.
From "let me check and call you back" to an instant price
Most companies keep their prices in their head, in an old spreadsheet or on a printed list. Every request turns into work.
The way it works today
- Every quote needs a phone call or an email
- Different staff quote different prices
- The spreadsheet is out of date and nobody knows which copy is right
- Customers wait and book with whoever answered first
- A price change means sending the list to everyone again
With WoW Services
- You enter the pricelist yourself, in your own account
- The customer picks pickup and dropoff and sees the price
- One price everywhere: website, QR, partners, channels
- You change a number once and it applies immediately
- No human in the middle to make a mistake
The details that protect your margin
A pricelist is not one number. It is the rules around it.
Price per vehicle type
Sedan, van, minibus, executive. Each category has its own price on every route.
Minimum charge
A floor per vehicle, so a very short trip never drops below what it costs you.
Night & peak hours
A percentage on top for the time windows you choose, applied on the channel connections.
Return trips
The return is priced on its own, so a pickup and a drop-off do not have to cost the same.
Booking cut-off
You set how many hours before departure a vehicle stops being bookable.
Paid extras
Child seats and other add-ons are priced separately and added to the total at checkout.
Hourly hire
For disposal and full-day work, charge by the hour instead of by the route.
Excel import
Already have your tariffs in a spreadsheet? Upload it and the whole zone matrix comes in at once.
The same price, on every channel
You maintain one pricelist. Every place a customer can reach you reads from it.
Your own website
The customer types pickup and dropoff and sees the price and the available vehicles.
Booking widget
The booking form drops into any page of your site and keeps your own look.
QR code
A code in the vehicle, at reception or on a card. The passenger scans it and books at your price.
Hotels & agents
Your partners look up your prices themselves and book without calling you.
Channel connections
Booking.com and other channels ask the system for a price and get it back automatically.
Printable pricelist
Export the full list as a clean page you can send to a client or print for the office.
