What is WoW Travel Services?

WoW Travel Services is a comprehensive B2B software platform designed for transfer partners. We help transport companies automate bookings, manage fleets and drivers in real-time, and grow their business through our powerful dashboard and tools.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply contact our team through the Contact page or reach out to us at info@wow-services.com. We'll set up your partner account and provide you with login credentials to access the platform.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and supports up to 10 reservations per day. This allows you to explore the platform and see how it can benefit your business before upgrading to a paid plan.

Pricing & Billing

What pricing plans are available?

We offer four pricing tiers to fit businesses of all sizes:

  • Starter (Free): Up to 10 reservations/day
  • Professional (€900/year): Up to 100 reservations/day
  • Business (€2,000/year): Up to 300 reservations/day
  • Enterprise (Custom): 300+ reservations/day - contact us for pricing

How does billing work?

Billing is annual for all paid plans. You'll receive an invoice at the start of your subscription period. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I manage my drivers?

The driver management module allows you to add drivers, assign them to vehicles, set availability schedules, and automatically assign trips based on location and availability. Drivers can also receive trip details via our mobile-friendly interface.

What are your support hours?

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EET). Enterprise customers have access to extended support hours and emergency support options.

Do you offer training?

Yes, we provide onboarding training for all new partners. This includes a walkthrough of the platform, best practices, and tips for maximizing your efficiency. Additional training sessions are available upon request.
